after a long wait i finally figured out my problem....my problem is:i cant open the unlocker and it always says "no locking handle found"when i try to unlock the stage folder...

the 1.9.1 version of unlocker is for win7 64-bit

and the 1.9.0 is for 32-bit .....so i download the 1.9.0 and it works fine..

im just sharing my experience when i was experiencing the same problem....

Unlocker will work in all OS(stated in the website)
But it will have an error and no locking handles
