I don't clearly understand the Instruction what do you mean with the Open Grand Chase Patcher then when the Patcher is full close it where does the Start GC on the hack come on handy?

Its just to make sure your gc folder is up to date

i'm having a big problem about the unlocker. when I right click the file ai.kom and click unlock it says that there is no unlocking handle found. please help me.
