yeh im using windows vista 32bits, it could be causing the problem was working fine before the patch though

When I run NAGC I don't see the options for sudden death or 1 hit at all.
Also if i activate it, is something suppose to pop out to say it worked?

for now just wait till the hack owner comes and updates it. so just be patience, if ur really eager for nagc hacks then use this one
