I'm also having that problem..I dont know why..I've followed all the necessary instructions..but still the unlocker doesn't work..

Im now experiencing too much stressed because of that freaking unlocker..I did everything about the instructions.
OS - windows7
UAC on
run as admin
reboot 3~4x
try to unlocked 10~20x

and still got this error " No Locking Handle Found"

what else?..T_T
