is it still working???, if yes why every I clik the active button it says edited kom not found?, I have follow the tutorial step by step but it keep saying that edited kom not found

I already put it in folder hacklist, the hacklist folder is we create it ourself at desktop right?, if no then where I must get the folder hacklist?

how can i activate the hack,,
it says ( Unable to find version of the runtime to run this application.)
what can i do?
