Guys highest possible on NAGC is +128 in Weapon and +126 In Armor and Helmet
of course possible to make +128 but i dont know if that work on GCPH i just did it with Cheat Engine and when you try higher value lets say 129 then value of rune going to be lowered by 1 +128 is highest on the NAGC to weapon and +126 to Armors so remember guys :P

Instructions to Rune Hacking:

 Spoiler

-Go to your Inventory and Upgrade your Weapon Rune to +1
-Open CE and select "main.exe" from the list of process.
-Set CE to scan for "Exact Value" and "Byte" then proceed to scan for the value "1"
-Go to GC and upgrade it then go to CE and scan for the next value which is "2"
-Repeat the process of scanning till you get the value for that rune (you should get the value by +4 if your rune didn't degrade).
-Select the address and change it depending on the situation (Safe limit is +40 or lower in GCPH), no need to freeze the value.

Also, you can try MegaManHacker's method of Rune Hacking.

MegaManHacker's Rune Hack Method:

If you got the correct address

I recommend you to use bypass, that's what I did... And it worked....

There is no limit when using this on other GC Servers. Only GCPH has the safe limit.

You can exceed 16479 on other servers without getting detected and have higher level runes than +40.
