as of now

rune weapon safe limit - +40

rune helmet or armor safe limit - +115

-tested and safe and undetected @ GCPH

Temporary only when you log out the game . The rune will come back on its own +/level.

How To Know What OS(Operating System) You're Using
1. Right Click Computer Icon (On Desktop) Or Right click Computer On The Start Menu
2. Click Properties
3. Then, See Under System Then System Type You Will See If It's 64 Or 32 Bit OS
If It's 32 Bit It Won't Work, But If It's 64 Bit It Will Work
