try and aoe or kill 2 at a time as you move along!

you cn always come back and do things 1 lvl lower
and be able to accept the quests you haven't before
Because some are in quest chains !!!!
0-20 in a day or less -> with freinds more like 6 or less hours
the faster you complete quests the faster you level.
