Hellgate is the cover page and its in plastic with a thick paper hellgate london type poster and a cd inside the plastic too (You can see it on the back, also it says free mini pet on the front of the cover somewhere.

The free Mini Pet code is found a couple pages past page 80 in the Magazine (Right Side)
