I need help. Auto It Script

Hi, all. May i ask if someone can give me a scrpit for pressing "S" key in auto it.
I'm beginner in the program and its still hard for me to make that

I'm tierd of pressing "S" key to pick up the drop in Hero and i don't wanna give so much gold for that "Ncash item". I'll be very thankful if anyone helps.

hmm how come when i inserted the code in an autoit folder and clicked save then clicked run, but it doesnt work? any help?
