It won't work... taiwan version you will have to ring them up to unlock the account for security reasons.... so if u don't live anywhere where you can contact them, then you cannot open the account unfortunately.

No offense, but I think people want proof now.

Considering it'd take virtually no time to fraps you doing something random, and then uploading for us, it's not like they're asking alot. They just want evidence that they're not hanging around for some guys twisted enjoyment.\
