to code a server you need packets from the game.
then you need to findout what every byte means.
packet sizes can be up to 3000 bytes.
and there are alot of packets.

200 levels = more people stay to get to the max
Fourth faction would be the nangin, which had been originally intended to be in 12sky 1, hence why near the end of the game, Electro had dropped Legacy of ANCIENTS.(On devo anyways.)
Though I do agree with 20 mins of elites being unnecessary.

It's only matter of time before other 12sky pserver comes, some will add new features other will keep the old 12sky
