get an Elder Robe

Dunno if it works.

You need a friend who is mayor of a city and a Elder Jedi.
Your friend drop the Elder Jedi Robe in the City Hall.

Now you have to win the race for mayor in the City and pick up the Elder robe.

yup, it's like the
"[FIXED] Transfer No Trade Items to other characters."
thread somewhere here. Dunno if there is another way to transfer items, but the mayor way is fixed.

Guild halls can transfer ownership to new guild leaders after 30 days.
