[TuT] How to make Exceptions on your AntiVirus
Hey fellow e*pvpers,
I believe this is something most advanced users already know, but since some new members have been having problems regarding the download and execution of some programs/hacks/tools I decided to make a small tutorial on How to make an Exception on your Antivirus.
Before downloading ANY hack, if you have an annoying Antivirus (AV) as AVG or NORTON, you'll notice they have an active tool called Resident shield, and as such, everytime you try to download or run an Hack or Injector packed with Themida, per example, the AV will automatically delete/quarantine the file(s). This is what you should do to avoid that:
Important: Please note that like this NONE of the downloaded files from elitepvpers will be scanned before you open them. DO NOT download a file from someone you don't trust! No matter how tempting it is. Check it with a website like or
Note: Click the spoiler Tags under each Antivirus Name.
[AVG Internet Security]- Allow ALL downloads from elitepvpers:
Tools > Advanced Settings > Web Shield > Web Protection > Exclude Host/IP/domain > or
- Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:
Tools > Advanced Settings > Resident Shield > Exceptions > Add Path
[AVG Free Antivirus]
Same procedure as for Internet security, Except the Webshield, which is inexistent in this version.
- Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:
Settings > Exclusions > Configure > Scan Exclusions > Add > Include Subfolders
Settings > Exclusions > Configure > Auto-Protect Exclusions > Add > Include Subfolders.
Ps.: Didn't find a way to exclude a domain, and since I don't have Norton I can't search myself. If someone knows, please post the way here, Thanks.
- Allow ALL downloads from elitepvpers:
Left-click the Avast icon on the tray bar. A window will open.
On your left side you should be able to see Avast installed providers…if not, just click where it says ‘Details… >>‘.
When you can finally see the providers, select the ‘Web Shield‘ provider and click ‘Customize‘, ‘Exceptions‘, and in the ‘1. URLs to exclude:‘ box, press ‘Add…‘. After that, just write the URL you want to add as an exception. If you want all the ’sub-folders’ under that address to be also considered an exception you should add an ‘*‘ to the end of the URL…like this:
- Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:
For the Standard Shield provider (on-access scanning): Left click the avast! 'a-ball' icon in the system tray, choose ’Standard shield’ – use the ’Customize’ button - Advanced tab - and click on the Add button...
For the other providers (on-demand scanning): Right click the avast! 'a-ball' icon in the system tray, click ’Program Settings’. Go to the Exclusions tab and click on the Add button...
- Allow ALL downloads from elitepvpers:
Extras > Configuration > [X] Expert Mode > Web Shield > Customize > Exceptions > Add
- Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:
Extras > Configuration > [X] Expert Mode > Guard > Scan > Exceptions > Files/Objects to be omitted by Guard > [...] > Add
- Allow ALL downloads from elitepvpers:
- Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start →All Programs → ESET → ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
- Press the F5 key to open the Advanced Setup window.
- From the Advanced Setup tree on the left, click Web access protection →HTTP, HTTPS → Address management.
- To set the list of allowed addresses, select List of allowed addresses from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add to individually add the addresses you want to allow users to access. For each website, be sure to either include "www." or a wildcard "*" symbol, as in
or . Click OK to close the window and then click OK again to exit the Advanced Setup window.
Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:- Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET→ ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
- Press the F5 key to display the Advanced Setup window.
- From the Advanced Setup tree, click Antivirus and antispyware → Exclusions and then click the Add... button.
- The Add exclusion window will be displayed. Using the directory tree, browse for the folder or file you wish to exclude. The directory path will automatically display In the Exclusion: field. Click OK to save the exclusion.
- Click OK again and close the main program window. Restart your computer.
[Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010]- Allow ALL downloads from elitepvpers:
Open the main application window > Settings > Options > Web Antivirus > (security level) > Customize > Thrusted URLs > Add: or
- Make an av exception for your future/current Hack/Injector Folder:
Open the main application window > Settings > Options > Threats and Exclusions > Exclusions > Settings > Trusted zone > Exclusion masks > Add
In the Exclusion rule window specify the rule’s properties: exclude an object, a threats type or both;
Click the Select object link under Rule description;
In the Object name window click the Browse button and add the file for which you are creating the rule. Select the necessary folder with the file or enter the full path to the file;
Check the option Include subfolders if the rule is created for more than one file;
Click OK;
Next to the Threat type option click the enter threat name link, if you want to exclude a threat type;
In the Threat type window in the Specify the name/threat type mask field enter the classification type according to the Virus encyclopedia.
Click OK;
In the lower part of the Exclusion mask window next to Component click the any link > click select components and define the components for which the exclusion rule will be applied;
Click OK in the windows;
Close the main application window.
This will allow you to download and run your choice hacks without having to turn off your av. If you have any other AV program you which to get a tutorial post a request here or by PM.
I hope it was helpful to some of you
Have fun,
~Forfirith

I can't see anything that says "Web Shield" anywhere in the Advanced Settings menu.

If you don't have it, then you're using a Free version, meaning, it doesn't have web shield. Web Shield is part of AVG Internet security.

Free users don't need to allow from elitepvpers, simply cause you don't have a webshield.
Allow the folder where you have the IM, the C:/Windows/System32/ & C:/Windows/Temp/ from Resident Shield.

I've done exactly what you said but A.v.g 9 still blocks D: i added it so it can go through But there are 2 files "Excludes files " and the "Resident Shield Directory Excludes" and i added mine to the resident shield directory so i dont know what one to add it to plus it still disabling it
