Since you've tried to contact said user - and they can see your attempt and message - it seems they have willingly chosen not to answer. Regarding everyone's own privacy, I think that's to be respected.
What you are asking for - getting specific information about an user account, like trying to discover what servers a Discord user is in, or extracting more information about them beyond what they’ve chosen to share, goes against Discord’s design, privacy expectations, and terms of service. This being illegal also goes against the board rules (listed under serious violations).
If said user has chosen to not answer your request, so be it. As you would certainly like to exercise this right, too.
