DMA card JtAC port not working?

Hello all, recently got a DMA so I could start cheating. Got it of ebay for like 100 bucks and every thing works fine execpt for the fact that the JTAC port does not seem to work. When I plug the usb-c in to flash my firmware it doesnt detect the DMA card. The data port works fine as it shows up in device manager . Im pretty sure the card is a captian board but not too sure. Any help would be amazing.

Did you install the drivers from the ZADIG after pluggin the cables?

No because the card does not show up in zadig.
