DMA PC Configuration

There's so many forums here I'm hoping this is the correct one to ask this question -

I ordered a DMA card - Screamer PCIe Squirrel - and plan on using AtomicDMA, but I can't find any guides on what the requirements are for the second PC. Is anyone aware of any guides on this? I want to make sure I set everything up properly to avoid a game ban.
