Anyone figure ant work arounds to use the left mouse button to move forward like everyother 1stperson perspective game in history??Or will this game get deleted off my PC

I can relate to your annoyance. Given that most first-person perspective games require the left mouse button to advance, it is absolutely unusual that this one does not.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround that allows you to advance in this game by pressing the left mouse button. There is no method to alter the game's hard-coded movement controls.
