Big - for MMOBlackhat

I bought a premium account at Blackhat for Warhammer.
After one day i got the client for warhammer...
That client didnt work and than i wrote to the ticketsystem on Blackhat.
After 2 days i got an response and they asked what happens if i start the client
i answered to that question.

Now my premium is gone and i didnt used the client once, my money is also gone and i still dont get any response for any solution on how to get to work.

(The client looks like to be brocken or somethin like that after opening it is closing down and dont apear in the Task`s)


So in my eyes Blackhat is a bad supported Warhammer (also WoW) hacking site i ever seen.

If anybody not agree explain me why not?
