Need help with quest

Hi all. I'm doing the legend2 demon of poison quest,I'm up to the part called: investigation of the incident. This was the one where I have to talk to blacksmith in dc and then go find "yulan's slip" at sv. I have now found yulan's slip but when I go to blacksmith in dc again he tells me to go find the slip and find out about yubec again... I still got the slip but now idk what to do with it, I tried going to general yong in sp, yulan's mother in cs and yubec in cs but there's still nothing about moving onto the next part of the quest. So please someone help me... It would be great if someone had recorded the conversation with blacksmith.

This will drive u nuts even more now... Because the quest section on there does not work

well can u copy and paste what it says on there for me?... mine isnt working no matter how much times i try.
