For speedhacks you could just use CheatEngine for it. I mean, it's got a Speed Hack checkbox on there.
From what I see, setting the speed to 1.2 or 1.3 is the best. You also have to disable it about every 5-7 seconds or else the server snaps you back to the location you should be at if you were running at normal speed. That's what I've experienced, anyway.
