What happens with Bots / Afks?

What happens with Bots / Afks?
I want to Bot while I'm sleeping but I'm afraid my account will be permanently banned. Do I get a warning, temp ban or ban for life?
I made a simple autoit script but I'm afraid to use it while I'm sleeping.
Anyone have any clue?

Punkbuster is **** atm, but when a player reports you, then it's possible you get a ban. I don't know temp or perm...

I use my Bot all the time when I'm sleeping. Until now, no ban =)

2 friends got reported for botting at a bugged spot (lvl 39 with a 3 day old account)
and all they got is a warning.
So I guess ur quite save when u bot only

K after botting for 2 days while sleeping, here's my report.

I managed to gain 1-2 levels worth in 2 days. However, yesterday, while studying for my midterm exams, I decided to bot, have my auto it script running while I study in front of the monitor.

In the middle of nowhere, while I'm watching my character, I suddenly got flagged for rvr and got killed. I didn't see anyone. I thought it was just a fluke so I logged out and logged back in 3 hours later. 30 minutes after botting, I got flagged for rvr status and got killled.

So I'm guessing I have two strikes right now. I don't think I should go for 3. Those guys might be gm or csrs. Right now, I'll wait 2-3 weeks and start botting again but this time I'll try and use chan's autoit script if it ever works for my swordmaster.

I have Botted for 72 hours (would of been longer but my ISP dropped me) and havent even seen a CSR or GM (*knocks on wood*).

i have botted from 19lvl to 28 and a CSR before 3 days tried to chat with me while i was sleeping.He sent me 2 messages that my account will be under investigation but nothing happened.So have a nice botting! :P
