I have downloaded Champions Online at " fileplanet " in 2 hours. I get some files, but i cant install the game. The Instaler doesnt work or dont start. And I cant download at the Official Page, becouse the Download stop downloading at 15%

I Using Windows Vista 32bit ( I cant start the setup.exe with Administrator, there is no option for this )
Maybe i need a Patch Programm or something like that ?
