Is there such a thing as a Xtrap bypass .dll that can be injected to any game???

I tryed multiple xtrap bypass for the game Fist of Fu :

but I cant find one that works...

Is a xtrap bypass in a .dll format only exclusive to one game???

Is there some way to request a bypass fora certain game? ask to add a section for that game or even pay someone to have a private one that wont go public???
