If you ask what you need in order to be able to hack games you've more or less lost already.

Learn to program, learn to understand how a computer works (especially CPU and memory), learn how Windows (probably the system of the target) manages memory, write a few small games to learn how a game coder thinks, learn programming in general, then learn assembler and by now you probably have your own ideas on how it works. Everything else is bullshit.

Now it's getting philosophic but: You can learn anything on your own if you are willing enough to do it. I learned programming on my own, started with VB and then moved to C++ as everyone was saying it is so hard. That gave me a challange and I made it. I read a **** load of tutorials, quitted it quite a few times just to come back to finally understand a special thing and so on. Just try and don't ask for it.
But let me tell you: Sooner or later I really recommend one to two basic books like the C++ bible from the inventor himself or if you're into WinAPI programming I'd advise you to buy the Petzold (Charles Petzold, WinAPI guru). They are not cheap but they're worth it.

Edit: Oh and to comment more on what I said you should learn: Go and grab a random good assembler tutorial and it HAS to go into details about how a computer works. I started with being interested in how an .exe file is built and how it looks like loaded into memory. Additionally I was learning x86 assembler and both topics together added up greatly. I only had the advantage to start with 68k asm (for Motorola processors) as I started to write games for my TI-89 graphics calculator. The system there is easier and so I could get into assembler easier.

Hello guys, I both play games properly and I cheat in some games, but as I shall tell you, those were extremly easy hacks or ones I downloaded from the internet. The most succeseful hack I have done was some scripts for Crysis muty player a few months ago, I had the best cheating scrips ever that no one else can match. But it was easy and it was booring, since I know nothing about how coding and development of a software works. I am looking for someone that can ass me on my MSN and teach me...
im willing to learn...
