CE5.5 / MHS software for shaiya pass hack?

am i able to use MHS (Memory Hacking Software) or CE5.5 (currently not updated sitting at 5.4) to password hack a shaiya OS server account using the existing username even though the email/password has been changed? need a bit of help with this.

No you can't .
Those are memory editing programs, you can't steal a password with them.

fyi this isn't to steal passwords from other players. i'm looking to obtain my old account back from years ago that i managed to let my dad use (as weird enough as it sounds) but he changed the password due to other people attempting to hack the account as my dad quit he forgot the password/email and now i'm in quite a pickle) report me fine by me but its not for bad uses. my apologies for the wrong section.
