Best Swift Compilers

Hi this is Palak Sharma.
I am in third year of my engineering. I am a programmer and like coding in various languages. I have seen and work with lots of compilers as well as IDE'S. I have lots of confusion about swift IDE'S and I also don't know if we will have to do work with Swift then which compiler will be best.
Can anyone give their suggestions on this ?
Hoping for some positive responses.
