Making Browser Based Private Server

First hello,

Im trying to Make a Private server of a Browser based game < this one but i dont manage to find any files, engine, coding of this, i want to make this very same or similar because i want to play with some friends at the last level for pvp just for fun, we dont have enough time to make all up to the top level, we just want to pvp at cap with all the classes, characters avaible to choose if anyone could tell me how to find any source of this would be of much help, we will be doing this only for like 5-10 ppl
