Can i do this with C++/C#?

Hi people! New guy here (not really new) but anyways.. What i wanted to ask in this forum is if this idea can be done using programming softwares like C++/C#.

So first of all, i'm really noob to programming, the only thing i did till today was some basic scripts on autohotkey (not a really popular software) and i don't even know if this is considered programming, buuut, recently i had and idea.
I found this website (socialssap.com) that consists on being an website where you can trade Youtube likes for money, like, you do 1000 likes on videos and they give you 2.5$ for example. This same website offers iMacros scripts to do the likes on videos, and it does aprox. 2 likes/minute, but still, this process of giving likes by money isn't full automatic, you need to change IP/Clear cookies-cache/Sign on YT with a new account everytime you complete the offers.

So, what i dream of was a program that could do this 100% automatic. Like, i left a notepad with gmail accounts and passwords, and the program would:
Open firefox
Go to socialssap, login on YT with account1
Click on iMacros script to complete the offers
Detect when the page says "You have no more orders"
Change IP adress (go to that 192.blabla and turn off/on the internet)
Clear cookies-cache
And loop to socialssap, login on YT account2.. looping somewhat like this

(If this worked, it would be a program making money 100% automatic, and despite of not being a lot of money, money is always good )

But, what am i asking for with this topic? I need to know if a program like this can be built using C++/C# (or other type of program)
If yes, where can i learn these languages? or better, where should i start learn?
I heard a lot of these two types of program, but all that i found related to them is that you can do "EVERYTHING".. Which makes me pretty confused

C++/C# and AutoHotKey are NO softwares. The first two are programming language where the last one is a scripting language.

This can be easily done with scripting languages as well, you don't need languages like C++/C#. AutoHotKey or AutoIt will do these tasks as well.

Oh.. i see i confuse a lot of terms here. Sorry xb

Anyway, i don't know AutoIt, but from what i knew of AutoHotkey most of these tasks had to be done with Firefox window-opened. I wanted to make a thing like this working in background, is that still possible with AutoIt/AutoHotkey?

Kardu, first everything is possible. you can never say "no it isn't". With any programming language, if the developer made it possible you can hook things into the program. I don't know much about AutoHotkey but I do know about AutoIT. AutoIt can do almost everything what you want. Many users writing own function to make more possibilities. Example "nomad.au3" is just if you want to access to memories of a process like a game. These things allowing us to program something powerful.

AutoIT featuring inbuild functions where you can work with background. But I think you will need to work with TCP to connect to the webside to leave it in background. If you have less expierence with it so you will work hard on it.

I made 4-5 years ago a script with AutoIT which connects to my email account. It took all padmails and clicked on the link to earn little bit money. Sadly it was just 0.02 cent which is 0.0002 Euro. After a time I gave up this "work". But its just an example what you can do with autoit. But have to include: I have good programming expierence. The hardest part was just "regex". I do less about it. But there are great forum which can helps you (like here).
