decrypt?

i have the korean client of Requiem Bloodymare. and pretty much all textfiles entries look like this:
30ºÐ µ¿¾È ¹°¸® °ø°Ý·Â Áõ°¡ : 50
is there some way i can kinda decrypt this, to get it in english?
all the game files are named in english even though its korean client, so im pretty sure the text entries should be able to be decrypted to english too.
Or at least to korean, then translated to english.

Grab a debugger and find the place where the file is read, somewhere around there you'll find a decryption function.

google cant translate it^^
i think install a kroean language pack (idk if its the right name^^) or use schlurmanns tip and searh the decryption
