CS 1.6- Non steam HACKS

For start hello to all
I need some help I searched on net but I don't have luck
Story goes like this I have 4my friends who play CS 1.6 non-steam on 1 server and there is all ways some dude who enter with hacks and it stoped us to play normal but that is our favorite server and we can't do anything
I search and search but we can't find it coz we are n00b or we don't have luck with links what we descovery
I would like to please you guys to help us give us some hacks or links where we can download it for free or if some one have it it may send it to me on so that we can use it and made preasaure on that f*** dude
