C-Gui?

Hey Leute,

ich habe eine Frage, undzwar:

Kann ich mit C irgent wie einen Gui erstellen?
Also wie bei Visual Basic, da macht man ja erst seine Prgramm Oberfläche und Programmiert man, gibt es sowas auch für C?
Wäre über einer Antwort/Download link erfreut.
