WPE Help Please...

WPE Help Please...

I am using windows Vista, with WPE PRO 0.9a and when i try to use it, i open firefox, wow, w/e and use the packet logger and geuss what, NO PACKETS!!! any help? ive tried administrator mode and compatablity mode as XP

try maybe rPE. And install maybe WinPCap driver.

Yea ive noticed same. First open your WPE as admin. Then select wow Before you logg in now login and you should have packets. Btw use rpe and when its same problem simply use the "create process" function and put in the patch of whatever you wan run. That should solve the problem. Also for wpe its often better not to run it as admin cause it often causes no packets. I started using rpe and its working very well with creating process.

Ok, i tried running it without admin and same result... About the RPE thing though, what is it? ive never heard of it.
And i already have WinpCap installed but i updated it anyways and i still am not getting any packets

Lol, ok nevermind, my dumbass forgot to turn the sniffer "On" but the ADMIN part is what fixed it, thank you Kokoiv, but i have another question, it doesnt see WoW.exe if its not in Admin mode? but it cant sniff packets while in it.

Ok try to download and apply the rights to read the process. I think it should be easy for you to figoure out how to do that once you opened perm edit. If not just ask

Btw thr rpe is another packet sniffer wich got some more features. Works great if you got problems with the admin stuff.. Just need to create your process.

I actually tried permedit already, and im using the modified WPE version O.O
Is there an english version of rpe? the post you linked me to is german and unfortunately i have small german language knowledge ><
