Can someone decrypt this ini file for me.... i wish to see whats inside, its for a game. Oh and if its not to much could you explain how you did it, and how i can edit it, and then re-encrypt it. Thanks

We don't know with which method and which key it's decrypted. So it's hard for us to decrypt this. We can guess but this is not very efficient.
But the game have to know how to access this file. So if you can tell us the name of the game, someone can look how the decryption works. Or if you are good in reverse engeneering you can do that by your own.

Its actually a really old game, from 2004, the game is called golf king... i know it sounds stupid but... im a sucker for cartoonish golf games. Before i go any further i have a question, simple is all hell... Can i reconstruct a server to play on (for this game) with out having any packet logs? does this require a lot of reverse engineering?

if its possible then ill post the exe. Thats what you need to decrypt the file right?

To construct a server without any packet logs you need to reverse the client and look how packets are sent and captured (and analysed). This is very hard to do.

Furthermore I'm not the best in reverse engineering, so I can't decrypt this for you, sorry.
