i think its cool but maby somthing missing i dont remember what so post here what can i improve

Cutout the dragon, copy the cutout on another layer.
Behind the cutout add some brushes like Winterbreeze or something, cuz this kinda
looks pretty simple. But nice.
You can just add something nice to it you know.
Oh and Try adding some more text effects.
Just hinting you bro, but it looks nice.

use 2px border and the white reflection doesnt look that nice but its better than ur other works
