FFXIV Open Beta to Begin Today

After a minor setback thanks to a few critical bugs, Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy XIV open beta will begin today at 7:00pm PDT. If you haven't signed up for the open beta or downloaded the client yet head on over to the FFXIV beta website to get started.

Along with the completion on investigation and correction of the critical issue, we have decided to begin FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test on Sep. 1, 2010 at 19:00 (PDT).

Starting on Sep. 1, 2010 at 19:00 (PDT), acquisition of registration code required for FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test will be available.

$12.99/30 Days for one playable character and one storage character. $3 per additional playable and $1 per additional storage character.

Game engine sucks - even cursor is hell slow and game have over 100k files with 6gb, game download sucks - downloader builded on torrent protocol = 10kb download and maximum upload all the time....good luck with downloading!
