For raffles and such, there has to be an explicit deadline which must not be exceeded. All winners are to confirm receipt of their winnings in the corresponding topic after the deadline has passed. Always choose realistic deadlines according to the possible winnings; there is no point in raffling 1 elite*gold for two weeks. Because of that you have to orientate to this list:
1 - 30 Elite*Gold - 1 day
31 - 50 Elite*Gold - 3 days
51 - 100 Elite*Gold - five days
100 Elte*Gold+ - 1 up to 2 weeks
