-Rep where can I start with DEXAIM.

Let's talk about the service in general:
1- Support good luck waiting for days for your ticket to be answered and this is not the first time happening. "My ticket was not even answered until I bought the product" "They were online all along".

2- Problems no matter what product I purchased there is always an issue with them. "Never again"

Now the product "FragPunk":
1- First this is a resell for a cheat called "Byster" which was a surprise for me because they had a diiferent menu on the video thumbnail. "I would never have bought it if I knew so since "Byster" is being widely sold.

-The cheat is broken as hell and NO one can tell me the opposite. These are the issue I faced:
1-The injection kept failing no matter what I tried until I got lucky randomly.
2-Aimbot tab: you can't set it as left mouse - Silent aim is broken when its active gun wont shoot at all - trigger bot sometimes wont work at all and when it works your gun would start shooting none stop.
3-Misc tab: Bunny hop doesn't work.
Everything works fine in practice range but once you enter a real game these issues will occur.

Now as a seller you're allowed to defend yourself. But I will most probably won't argue. "Good luck purchasing this"

You can see here; a member of the support team responded within 30 minutes of the ticket being opened. Claiming you "waited days" is false and misleading.

Checking your order history, you have very few store purchases. It appears one of them was due to a technical issue, which was refunded.

All of the issues you mentioned here were addressed in the ticket you opened, shown here.

According to the staff team, this was actively being tested when you experienced these issues, and therefore, confirmed these features were functional when you reported them "not working." This is false and misleading.

Your lack of patience and willingness to share your menu settings, troubleshoot, or accept further assistance from the staff team is a problem of your own doing.
