absolutely appalled,bought a 2 week subscription tried injecting failed so i went to there discord and noticed heaps of complaints one of the admins harnoldps was telling everyone its having issues rn which i replied with a sad face emoji aww i cant use it right now,next thing i know boom im banned,contact attempts where made ticket was closed and banned from the public server aswell,luckily ive made contact with my bank and they are investigating this issue currently,i have screenshots of everything of course and will work out how to upload them on here,very dissapointed in this considering ive been using these guys for awhile for there other cheats. ive attached images they have blocked me from there bot therefore i cannot use the CMDS.also have had ticket transcript deleted.

please refer to the image links to see that i have zero access to the loader,also at what point was i being rude,if i simply replied with a litteral sad face emoji?? in the case of my profile a simple "hey could you change your server profile i would realy appreciate it",i still dont understand why you banned me from the discords instead of haveing some form of communication with me,ive chatted in the discord many times without being asked to change my profile info.

Are you sure about that? Your last login was after this message you just sent.

You are unbanned from the public Discord, but not from the private one. We will not issue a refund just because you were removed from the private group. I recommend reading our Terms of Service.

If you wish to request a refund amicably, open a ticket and follow the proper process. Otherwise, a forced chargeback, whether successful or not, will result in a permanent ban from our community.

as soon as the version goes out of date(the loader) i wont have the ability to get the new version as my bot access has been revoked.

Good afternoon, I’m sorry you had any issues, but in the first two days of launch we had some issues regarding the injection since it’s a new service. We were working to make smooth injection since we are supporting 4 different launchers, epic games, steam, fever, and Chinese standalone.
Right now is running smoothly on win10 and win11, if you wanna send me a private message, feel free to do so. And if you don’t want anymore we are happy to issue a refund.
