I would contact them directly either in a support channel or ticket in their discord or however they do things. Posting about it here won’t do much as they probably won’t see it to be able to help you.

well discord invitations are expired, i dont get answers on tickets, cheat doesnt work
Modding Association will sell their cheats even if they need updating, Took £30 off me a few years ago for deadside, yet it didnt get updated for weeks all well still selling it. Support will tell you in chat its updated and ready to use even when its not, semi scamming.
This supplier always responds by telling anyone who says their product is faulty to reinstall Windows =)) It's always like that. I went through about a month of using their terrible product.
