The presence of ESP and aimbot in a cheat will not make it less safe. Using the aimbot is less safe because the anticheat uses heuristics as well, but just the fact that its there won't do anything, you can simply disable it.
As for ESP, as long as there is an overlay, using ESP is just as safe as not using it.
ngrhook has ESP, aimbot, and triggerbot, but you can simply disable the aimbot. Whether or not you use ESP, it would be just as safe as any other cheat that uses an overlay ( 99% of externals ).
You can try finding some cheats using AI that won't have an overlay, but performance will be worse and their method of injecting mouse input will probably be detected.
I doubt you will find any external cheats that read memory without having an overlay.
