Best way to get started with DMA?

Hi all. Have never used any DMA solutions before, but even trying to closet with many publics is becoming quite difficult. So, where is the best place to start? How much can I expect to spend? Where can I get the best hardware and software?

The best place to start is to chose a good provider that sells and makes the firmwares, often known as 1:1 since they're special hand made
