1. Wherever you order it's going to be fine. Can be from Ali, can be from some providers like Captain, Leet, Enigma etc. but I wouldn't recommend to buy KMBOX B+pro, instead of that get Arduino or Teensy (much safer) and I would recommend to get some laptop instead of mini PC, much easier to operate with it and you can fit it easily close to your main monitor.
2. For Fortnite you don't need anything strong and turbo private like for FACEIT or VGK, but I always recommend to dig more and get something not posted out public because buying cheap **** can rekt you.
