Everyone spam self promoting, simply don't listen to any of these. if you want a undetected internal - i recommend chaos - used to be kylo. They use crocus which in all honesty is your best bet.

Why do you want an internal? If you want to be safe, externals are typically safer.
From what I've heard, chaos is the best internal atm.
