spoofers are sold separate from the cheat in the fortnite market the vast majority of the time, you'll have a harder time finding something like that. ngrhook fits your other requirements, $30/month, public, UD for 4 months.

Cheat army offers really good products all with built in woofer. I'd give them a try if I was you. Extremely simple to use as well.
