HELP with ban please

Hi everyone,

So I recently played on a new PC that I've never played fortnite on, on a new account. I got a 24 hour ban, and the next day I still couldn't play and it turns out that even after a total reset of my pc, change of ip, it still doesn't work. So there's probably an HWID ban or something.

My question is: What should I do now? Get a spoofer?

ur not using a cheat correct?

if so probably need to clean ( using apple cleaner, its free ) + revo uninstall + using a good spoofer ( mine is good ) check out out site if interested

I cheated for 24 hours not even, I do not understand how I was HWID ban but well ... I'll see about all that
