BOTH Seems to be the case. I'm impatient, true. But they did tell me 2 times that I'd recieve it same day. one ''when he got home" and "in a couple hours"
Now I'm waiting while its being "tweaked" is what I'm being told. I'll keep this updated, but yeah, as far as actual product, nothing recieved yet.
The co-founder of the discord was a rude *** hat, who belittled me in public chat, for simply having a VERY valid complaint. I wouldn't have even complained in discord public chat, but my ticket was ignored all day. Extremely rude, and says **** like "go back to work or do something with your life" and more. Like I got some kinda choice...
The founder said "you're correct, and have every reason to be upset" and apologized. Now, with me, just being real, and recognizing your mistakes, and apologizing for the inconvenience, goes a long way.
