I contacted epic games support, and they said that the ban is permanent and wont be lifted off my fortnite account either.
Sorry to hear about the loss of your OG account, in terms of legit providers there are a few scarce ones and if you dont want to pay a huge budget then it becomes a few and out of that Ghost is what I'd suggest if you want to enjoy cheating while feeling safe about your account.

its also ******* sad because one of their resellers also blames it was my spoofer/cleaner when clearly, I did this on my first attempt on a newly perm spoofed pc that never played fortnite at all LOL!
