Hi so im not Perma banned I can open the game but when I start a game after do some shots the game throw me out to the lobby and it's say's that Something with lag or using VPN even cheating, is this hwid ban?

Yes this is a HWID ban. In order to play again you need to spoof and clean and create a new account.
