it wont work, i tried everything. Reset/ nuke your PC and start with a fresh copy of windows. That is the only way because they have made so many registry changes and stuff that you dont know if you ever got everything

yes. If you reinstall windows it will give everything a new HWID.
I have reinstalled windows at least 10 times trying to get HWID spoofers to work. There is only 1 I have found to be able to put the HWID back to normal.
Restarting your PC will keep the spoofed HWID. Anyone telling you otherwise is plain wrong. You either need to reset your HWID back to normal or reinstall windows
